The 2 Way Solenoid Valve is a step-by-step direct acting solenoid valve, which can be divided into a normally closed solenoid valve and a normally open solenoid valve according to the different open and closed states when the power is off.
The working principle of the two-way solenoid valve is: when the power is turned on, the solenoid coil generates an electromagnetic force to lift the closing member from the valve seat, and the valve opens; when the power is off, the electromagnetic force disappears, the spring presses the closing member on the valve seat, and the valve closes.
The 2 way solenoid valves can work normally under vacuum, negative pressure and zero pressure, but the diameter is generally not more than 25mm. The use of metal hard seals increases the operating temperature. The temperature of the medium fluid can reach 425°C, the material selection is reasonable, and the lubricating effect of the fluid is cleverly utilized between the valve cup and the guide sleeve to reduce wear. The lever principle is used to ensure complete isolation of the coil and the valve body. Common two-way solenoid valves include PU225 Series Solenoid Valve, 2L(US) Series Solenoid Valve, and 2Q Series Air Control Two way Valve.
2-way solenoid valve are widely used in self-made systems in dyeing, textile, printing and dyeing, food, medicine, cigarettes, cement products, petrochemicals, metallurgy and other departments.
