Air line filter regulator

Air line filter regulator refers to an air filter device. In pneumatic technology, air filter, pressure reducing valve and lubricator are called the three major pneumatic components. In order to obtain multiple functions, these three air source treatment components are often assembled together in sequence, which is called a pneumatic triplet. It is used for air purification and filtration, decompression and lubrication.

Air regulator with filters are especially important in environments with high dust concentrations. Generally, the dust filter devices used in fluid machinery (air compressors, compressors, vacuum pumps, fans, etc.) are mostly commonly used wire mesh type, Raschig ring type, paper and fiber material filtration.

Wire mesh type secondary dust removal is adopted, the dust collection area is small, and only large dust can be filtered, causing fine dust to enter the fluid machinery cavity through the suction pipe, aggravating the wear of the cylinder body, and the parts are often disassembled, cleaned and replaced. This results in high cost of materials and accessories, many failures, and low equipment use efficiency. However, when paper and fiber materials are used for filtration, the accumulation of dust particles is easy to block, and frequent shutdowns are also required to replace filter materials.
