◆ Parallel cylinders pay attention to maintain distance

The distance between the two parallel cylinder cylinders must be greater than 40mm, otherwise the magnetic switches of the two cylinders will be interfered with each other, causing malfunction.

◆ Magnetic switch wiring is shortened as much as possible

The length of the wiring has no effect on the function, but if the wiring is too long, the current will be large when the switch is turned on, shortening the service life of the switch. If the wiring must be very long, a contact protection box must be used for more than 5 meters.

◆ Precautions for use under special circumstances

a. Strong magnetic environment should use a switch cylinder with strong magnetic field resistance;

b. Where there is much dust, water droplets or oil droplets, use a telescopic protective sleeve on the cylinder rod side;

c. In the environment with iron powder iron filings nearby, if it is not protected, the magnet will attract iron powder iron scraps around it to gather, so that the magnetic force in the cylinder is weakened, and it is possible to cause the magnetic switch to not operate.

◆ Note - the axis of the single-axis cylinder will rotate

Unless it is an anti-rotation single-shaft cylinder, the shaft of the single-shaft cylinder will rotate during the movement, which may cause the bolt head bolt connection to be loose.

◆ The piston rod can not be subjected to radial force

The piston rod can only be subjected to the axial pushing and pulling force. Do not feel that the rod is strong and let it be subjected to the lateral force. Once the lateral force is applied, the guide rod and the inner wall of the cylinder tube will produce a different force, which greatly shortens the service life of the cylinder. If there is a radial force, it must be added with a guide rod or rail, or directly selected from the cylinder with the slide rail and the guide rod. Cylinders with guide bars and slides are generally more expensive than themselves, but they come in a much smaller size. According to the specific circumstances, you can choose.

◆ The cylinder action should be protected

Cylinders are very easy to injure people. Large cylinder diameters can cause people to become disabled or even die. If there is no safety grating on the outside of the machine, the cylinder must be protected.

◆ Additional buffering is very important

When the mass of the driven object is high and the speed is fast, the cylinder's own buffering capacity is generally insufficient. We must add a hydraulic buffer or set a deceleration circuit to assist the deceleration stop.

◆ The cylinder with the guide rod must not be used as the gear point.

There is a special blocking cylinder at the gear. Do not think that the cylinder with the guide rod can also be used as the gear point. It can not bear the radial impact. It can be used for a few months and the guide rod will be loose, resulting in loosening. Inaccurate positioning.
