Fokca (Fescolo) recently customized a TC bracket for a client who faced compatibility issues with an intricate Mickey Mouse-type cylinder.
The cylinder featured multiple magnetic switch mounting grooves and a complex cross-sectional shape, making it impossible to find a suitable TC bracket on the market.
Our engineers designed a custom split-type TC bracket to perfectly match the cylinder’s unique shape.
The bracket’s profile, fastening blocks, and adjustment features were tailored to ensure secure installation and enhanced vibration resistance.
The design also prioritized ease of assembly and maintenance.
