Fokca recently customized a long-stroke SC cylinder for a client in the heavy-duty truck industry.
The cylinder was designed to support the truck’s multifunctional slider, allowing the rear supports to extend and retract based on cargo size and weight.
With a stroke of 2800mm, the cylinder provides precise and flexible adjustments.
Key features include a stainless steel piston rod for corrosion resistance, NBR seals for temperature and oil resistance, and PLC-controlled operation for easy adjustments.
After rigorous testing and quality checks, the customized cylinders significantly improved the truck’s efficiency and stability, meeting the client’s needs for heavy-duty and harsh-environment applications.
