Fokca (Fescolo) recently customized a pressure regulating valve for a customer upgrading their automated production line.
The customer required precise pressure control in a challenging environment with fluctuating temperatures, dust, and chemical exposure.
After delivering an initial sample, we identified that the pressure regulator was unable to handle inlet pressure fluctuations during operation.
To resolve this, we replaced the standard screw with a custom fine-threaded screw, enhancing pressure regulation accuracy and stability.
The customer was highly satisfied with the new solution, and the cooperation continues successfully.
