A customer approached us with a request to customize a cylinder with a bore diameter of 160mm and a stroke length of 800mm to replace their existing cylinder, which had reached the end of its service life.

This cylinder was used to control the opening and closing of a gate, and the working environment was outdoors, exposed to wind, sand, rain, UV rays, and other extreme weather conditions. As a result, the cylinder's service life deteriorated rapidly.

After discussing the requirements, our technical team designed a custom SC cylinder, which included a specially lengthened stainless steel piston rod, extended tie rods, pre-installed flanges, magnetic rings, magnetic switches, and other cylinder accessories to ensure compatibility with the customer's existing system. This customization ensures that the cylinder can operate stably and efficiently in the outdoor environment.
