Fokca (Fescolo) recently customized a manifold for a customer to integrate solenoid valves, pilot heads, and other accessories into their existing pneumatic system.
After creating a sample manifold that met the customer's requirements, we received feedback on two issues:
the need for larger air holes to accommodate higher airflow and the compatibility of coils with the manifold’s assembly interface.
Our engineers addressed these issues by expanding the air holes and designing an adapter to ensure compatibility with different coils.
After further testing and adjustments, the customer confirmed that the solution worked perfectly.
