Jeffrey Bu joined the predecessor manufacturing business and founded the Fescolo brand in September 2007. Since June 2015, he has served as CEO of Fescolo and also founded the Fokca brand, establishing a clearer two-brand direction: Fescolo for custom pneumatic cylinder engineering and Fokca for a broader range of standard pneumatic products.

With backgrounds in both engineering and business administration, Jeffrey works closely with OEM customers and the Fescolo team to review applications, clarify design requirements, identify potential failure risks, and guide approved cylinder solutions into stable repeat production.

Application review, cylinder failure analysis, design and modification decisions, material and manufacturing considerations, prototype validation, and repeat-production planning.

Antonio Bonifazi is an Italian senior mechanical engineer with extensive international engineering experience. He first worked with Jeffrey at Guilin Pilkington under NSG Group in 2006 and has served as a technical consultant to Fescolo since 2015.

Antonio supports complex application reviews, mechanical design discussions, and troubleshooting for technically demanding cylinder projects. His experience provides an additional engineering perspective when evaluating unusual operating conditions or persistent application problems.

Frank Mao joined Fescolo in 2008 after working as a technical supervisor at AirTAC in Taiwan. He has served as Production Manager since 2012.

Frank coordinates production planning, machining, assembly, workflow, and process execution for custom cylinder projects. His role is to ensure that approved drawings and specifications are translated into consistent, manufacturable products.

Aris Zhang supports technical sales and quality coordination for custom cylinder projects. He helps clarify application requirements, coordinates drawings and samples, and follows inspection progress across incoming materials, machined components, assemblies, and finished cylinders.

By connecting customer requirements with production and quality teams, he helps ensure that approved specifications are carried through to repeat production and that quality issues receive timely follow-up.

Cissy Chen leads Fescolo’s marketing and customer communications. She coordinates brand content, product information, market feedback, and cross-functional support for customer and sales projects.

Her work helps ensure that customer requirements are communicated clearly and that inquiries, technical information, and project updates receive timely follow-up.
