Exhaust Valve

Exhaust Valve is an indispensable auxiliary component in the pipeline system, and is widely used in boilers, oil and natural gas, water supply and drainage pipelines. It is often installed at the commanding heights or elbows, etc., to remove excess gas in the pipeline, improve the efficiency of the pipeline and reduce energy consumption.

Common exaust valve include single-port exhaust valve, remote exhaust valve, compound exhaust valve, high-pressure exhaust valve, etc. Among them, EV10/EV20 Series Exhaust Valve is widely used.

Advantages of exhaust valve:

1. The float of the exhaust valve is made of low-density PP material, which will not deform even if it is immersed in high temperature water for a long time. It will not cause difficulty in buoy movement.

2. The buoy lever is made of hard plastic, and the connection between the lever and the buoy and the support adopts a movable connection, so there will be no corrosion during long-term operation, which will cause the system to fail to work and cause water leakage.

3. The sealing end face of the lever is supported by springs, which can expand and contract with the movement of the lever to ensure the sealing performance without exhausting.

The principle of the sewage compound exhaust valve is the same as that of the clean water compound exhaust control valve, but the structure is slightly changed, that is, the valve body is lengthened, and the lever mechanism is slightly modified, so that the dirt only accumulates in the lower part of the valve body, which does not affect the exhaust and does not cause water leakage.
