Hyd couplers

Hyd coupler is a coupling used to provide a quick, on-off connection for gas or liquid transfer lines. Manually operated, quick connect fittings replace threaded or flanged connections that require a wrench. When equipped with a self-sealing valve, the quick connect fitting will automatically contain any fluid in the line after disconnection.

Quick disconnect hydraulic hose fittings need to pay attention to the following requirements:

◆ Please use the sealing material for the male thread of the pipe thread.

◆ During installation, the applied torque should not exceed the maximum torque to prevent damage.

◆ Please do not use it for purposes other than quick connectors.

◆ Please do not connect with quick fluid couplings made by other companies.

◆ Do not perform artificial blows, bending, stretching, to prevent damage.

◆ Do not use it in places mixed with metal powder or sand dust to prevent poor work or leakage.

Hydraulic line quick connects are used for kilometers of underwater, drilling operations, docking spacecraft in outer space, pneumatic, plumbing, heating, electrical and fire suppression applications. Quick connect fittings are designed to be easier to apply than traditional fittings by simply pushing the pipes together firmly to securely lock the fitting's teeth. When opposing forces are applied to them, the teeth are forced deeper into the pipe, preventing them from separating from the pipe. Common hydraulic quick disconnects are: Q/ZB275 Series close type hydraulic quick coupling，KZE Series close type hydraulic quick coupling，FK-K2 Series japanese type hydraulic quick coupling.
