The working principle of the lubricator: when the compressed air enters from the input port, it enters the chamber of the valve seat through the small hole at the lower end of the nozzle, and a differential pressure is formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the steel ball of the globe valve. Due to leakage and the action of the spring, the steel ball is in the middle position, the compressed air enters the upper cavity of the oil storage cup, the oil surface is pressurized, and the pressure oil pushes up the steel ball of the one-way valve through the oil suction pipe. The upper pipe of the steel ball has a square The steel ball cannot seal the upper pipe, the pressure oil continuously flows into the oil sight, and then drips into the nozzle, and is ejected from the upper hole by the main air flow, and then output from the output port after atomization.
The oil mist separator is mainly to solve the workshop environment problems such as oil mist, water mist or dust in machining. It is generally used in CNC machining centers, cleaning machines, die casting machines, CNC lathes and other machining equipment.
