Metric polyurethane tube

Metric polyurethane tube, also known as PU tube, uses a wide range of hardness from Shore 70A to 62D, among which the commonly used hardness is Shore 85A to 98A. To resist disengagement, the hose needs to be placed inside the metal liner.

The material used for polyurethane pipe, ethers offer greater flexibility compared to esters. The risk of twisting when bending is greatly reduced. The ether of 95A has a hardness greater than 85A, and the working pressure is greatly increased. However, the elasticity is not as good as that of the lower hardness PU tube. The pneumatic tool industry uses air tubes with a hardness of 95~98A. It is required to withstand a pressure impact of 8Kg/cm', but As the hardness increases, the elasticity decreases.

Metric air tubings are commonly used in the following ways: industrial robots, pneumatic tools, pneumatic tools in assembly plants, pipelines under pressure; water and other fluids, can be used as vacuum suction pipes; protective jackets for metal and electronic products. Common polyurethane pneumatic tubings are: PUA Anti-Static Hose, PUFR Flame-Resistant Hose.
