Pilot Operated Solenoid Valve

Pilot Operated Solenoid Valve is different from direct acting solenoid valve. When electrified, the valve stem is lifted by the electromagnetic force, and the pilot valve port is opened. At this time, the upper chamber of the solenoid valve is relieved through the pilot hole, and a high pressure is formed around the main spool. Under the action of the pressure difference, the fluid pressure pushes the main valve core to move up and open the main valve port.

When the power is off, under the action of the spring force and the gravity of the main spool, the valve stem is reset, the pilot hole is closed, the main spool moves down, and the main valve port is closed; the pressure in the upper chamber of the solenoid valve rises, and the fluid pressure flows to the main spool. Pressurized for better sealing.

Pilot solenoid valve, pilot diaphragm structure, low function, with protective diaphragm structure design, the service life can be extended twice, the piping method can be installed at any angle, in order to enhance the service life, it is best to connect the horizontal pipe with the coil upward.
