Stainless Steel Solenoid Valve

Stainless steel solenoid valve are actuators for industrial process automation control systems. It can be automatically opened or closed after receiving the electric control signal to realize the on-off or flow adjustment control of the liquid medium in the pipeline.

This valve is a step-by-step direct-guided normally closed solenoid valve. After the coil is energized, the armature first drives the small valve to open, and the large valve opens under the action of the formed medium pressure difference and electromagnetic force. The coil is powered off, the armature part is reset, and the large and small valves are tightly closed by the medium pressure.

Its working principle is: normally closed: when the coil is energized, the electromagnet core is attracted, the pressure relief hole is opened, the main piston is pushed by the medium pressure, the main valve port is opened, and the medium flows. When the coil is de-energized, the main valve port is closed and the medium is cut off. Normally open: When the coil is energized, the electromagnet core is closed, the pressure relief hole is closed, the main piston is pushed by the medium pressure, the main valve port is closed, and the medium is cut off.
