Tube PVC

Tube PVC, its main component is polyvinyl chloride, a material that is added with other components to enhance its heat resistance, toughness and ductility. The top layer of this surface film is lacquer, the main component in the middle is polyvinyl chloride, and the bottom layer is back-coated adhesive.

PVC hard pipe has strong corrosion resistance, easy bonding, low price, and hard texture. However, due to the leakage of PVC-U monomer and additives, it is only suitable for water supply systems with a delivery temperature not exceeding 45°C.

PVC large diameter pipes can be divided into soft PVC pipes and hard PVC pipes. Among them, hard PVC pipes account for about 2/3 of the market, and soft PVC pipes account for 1/3. Soft PVC pipes are generally used for floors, ceilings and leather surfaces; hard PVC pipes do not contain plasticizers, so they are easy to form and have good physical properties, so they have great development and application value.
