Vacuum solenoid valve

The vacuum solenoid valve is a special valve installed on the mechanical vacuum pump.

Vacuum valve solenoid is a two-position two-way automatic valve controlled by AC or DC power supply. It is mainly used in vacuum pipelines or linkage control systems with vacuum pumps. It is directly operated by the electromagnet to control the opening and closing of the valve to connect the atmosphere to break the air and to fill the vacuum container with the atmosphere, so as to achieve automatic control or remote control.

The valve of the electrovalve vacuum is connected to the same power supply as the pump, and the opening and stopping of the pump directly controls the opening and closing of the valve. When the pump stops working or the power supply is interrupted suddenly, the valve can automatically close the vacuum system and fill the air into the pump cavity through the pump inlet to avoid the backflow of pump oil from polluting the vacuum system. The working medium for vacuum solenoid valve is air and non-corrosive gas.

High vacuum solenoid valves are mainly used for high and low vacuum pipelines and equipment such as vacuum suction, vacuum packaging, vacuum suction cups, vacuum pumps, etc., as well as the automatic control system of siphon vacuum water supply in waterworks. Common vacuum solenoid valves are: 2Q Series Air Control Two way Valve, 2QS Stainless Series Air Control Two way Valve.
